Welcome to Troop 869's web site.

Troop meets every Tuesday evening. 7:00 to 8:30 at Clear Lake Presbyterian Church.

Troop meetings consist of monthly theme, skill, camp out planning and Merit Badge classes.

Monthly camp outs are planned by the scouts.

Quarterly Court of Honor with potluck dinner.

Week long summer camp (usually out of state) and winter camp (Strake).

Other special events planned, just for fun.

Approximate troop size is 50 to 60 scouts.

Usual weekly meeting attendance about 30-40 scouts.

Troop 869 is a boy led troop, the scouts plan all events.

Monthly camping events include canoeing, rock climbing, tubing, hiking, cycling & water sports.
